Resume writing

Resumes are requested in order to obtain a more detailed overview of career paths and vocational qualifications.

Actavis would prefer resumes to give a short, succinct and accurate account of your professional career with special focus on the aspects you consider most likely to capture the interest of the recruiting team. The resume should consist of two pages at most and contain:

  • Contacts: Your name, address, phone number and e-mail address
  • Objective: A brief statement describing yourself, your area of expertise and your working ambitions
  • Work experience: List the most recent first and then go backwards, including the title of the position and a brief description of responsibilities and achievements.
  • Education: List your most recent qualifications first
  • Specialist skills: languages, computer skills etc
  • Interests: optional
  • References: Include at least two work referees (not personal friends) who should preferably speak English
