Actavis sells its stake in Serbian pharmaceutical distribution company, Velafarm
Actavis today announces that it has sold its 15% stake in Velafarm back to the company for EUR1.7million.
Actavis today announces that it has sold its 15% stake in Velafarm back to the company for EUR1.7million. In addition, Actavis has signed an agreement with Velafarm for the distribution of Actavis' Own Brand product line in Serbia. The 15% share was bought in September 2003 for the same amount. This new agreement does not represent any signifcant change in Actavis' business activities in Serbia.
